I recently signed my 3rd lease and I stay because I enjoy being here.

The staff is pleasant, maintinence is pretty fast, and there are some community activities.

I have neighbors with dogs, but I never hear them when I am in my house and although it's close to the airport, the planes are not loud either, when you are inside.

The kichen is a little small, but my apartment has a great laundry room and I love the master closet.

There are several long term tenents.

I don't like not having assigned parking and some people don't watch their kids very well in the summer, but this place is great for the money and I would recommend it.
