I moved in here in 2003. I have seen a couple of management staff changes. The current management staff is ok but not as good as the one right before her. This staff seems to get on certain residents for "violations" while they close their eyes to other residents with the exact same violations. Over the past 5 years the residents have become predominatly Egyptian. Nice people but they have absolutely no idea about supervising their children when they are playing outside. You will see a group of little kids, and I'm talking little, less than 2 yrs old playing out in the driveway and there is not a single adult in sight. There is also a "gang" of approximately 6 or 7 highschool boys that hang out in a group until late into the night yelling at eachother in Egyptian. Parking is the worst. They do not enforce the "visitor parking" area in the least, therefore, sometimes parking in front of the building I live in is impossible. At any given time you can count half a dozen or more cars without parking permits parked in front of the buildings. We have been without an on-site courtesy officer (security) for about 6 months now, but the most recent newletter showed that one has just moved in, so I give them the benefit of the doubt for that. There is very little counter space in the kitchen so if you really like to cook this probably wouldn't work for you. I stay because it's affordable and I have a roommate who doesn't want to move at the moment.
