Well, where do I start.
You get to pay more than top dollar for the apartments and have the manager aimee (^_^) signs all of the letters with a smile face and ask for hugs when she has a bad day.

What's that about' i pay for a competent manager.

The maintenance guy can't do any work with humans around so you better leave your apartment so he can dilly dally around and try to patch something up.

Parking, well it's great that you are so close to restaurants and coffee shops but remember they get your parking in the back and on the street, so get home early since the landlord is cheap and won't call the tow company, but they did give out passes for the residents to park but that didn't help much.

Noise is an issue, they have outdoor seating and balconies, these are great but when you rent to high school seniors who are attending college for the first time they want to drink and smoke until 4-5 in the morning.


Safety is sometimes an issue, one night 3 cars were broken into, the manager puts letters under everybody's door saying that they will get more lights and start to use cameras but it's been 3 months and still nothing, so watch your car.
You can always park on the street but then it will get hit guaranteed.
