Horrible - stay away!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
The management charged us fees for replacing the carpet after we moved out. The carpet only needed replacing because their maintenance people did not show up for 3 days after we complained that our water heater leaked and flooded our apartment. They tried to blame the need to replace the carpet on our pet, but it was most definitely because of the mold from 3 days of standing water.
