Noisy Noisy Noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Do NOT move into the units on Green Briar Trace (nearest the interstate). It's so loud it's like being in a truck stop. The roofs on the units are so bad that I have ten or fifteen brown watermark streaks running down the walls and the ceiling in one of the bedroom sags. The maintenance crews (roofers) were checking the roofs and knocked a hole in the top of the roof on the unit next to mine. That was six months ago, it is still not fixed. I complained about the water leaks, maintenance slapped a coat of paint on them but never fixed the problem of water coming in. The carpets are nasty, every faucet leaks and in the year and a half I was there the furnace filter has never been changed.
