what's that smell'

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
I lived here a couple years ago. What a rip-off. The water bill is unbeleivable, and you pay for it even if you are out of of town all month! Management was never helpful and parking was always a problem. The SMELL from the water treatment plant(SEWAGE) was god-awful. I would stay away. Most the people at the pools were not residents. We had a leak in the ceiling that was not fixed, and they did not even paint over the mildew marks.
