Black Mold, Roaches of various sizes, water damage leaks upon move in

This place is terrible. You might like it if you enjoy almost being hit daily by people running stop signs, or playing loud music that sounds as if there cars are about to fall apart. The apartments are old and run down. Things donāt workā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I had a great experience at Stewarts Ferry. The only reason I chose to move elsewhere is because of discounted rent for the next 3 months. Other than that, Stewarts Ferry is a wonderful place to become a resident!

Everything about the apartments are perfect. Don made the experience super smooth and I would definitely recommend others to him. My girlfriend and I are first time renters and he helped make the experience less intimidating.
