Terminex was dispatched to spray inside a whole block of apartments with no notice to renters that they would be entering their apartment to spray. This failure to notify the tenets was a management oversight and very illegal.

Before you sign a lease - ask yourself "is this the type of crap I want to put up with on a regular basis'"

I either get a phone call or a notice on my door before anyone comes into by apartment...I've never had anyone come in without me knowing about it. Maybe it was something that couldn't wait... something really important? Or maybe you got a notice, but it came of the door? I don't know, but when it comes to getting bugs out of my apt... I really wouldn't care if i knew.
