Stewarts Ferry

I hate it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Sterwart's Ferry overall sucks... I will say that it is convienently located right off the interstate, but that's about all I like about it.... my neighbors are loud and rude, and there has been a terrible rash of crime and apartment breakins there (it got so bad that management had to send out a letter telling everybody to be careful because it was unsafe there!) They overcharge on water (flat rate- so when you're a single person, rather than a family offour, you get raped on water charges).....The apartments themselves are small and crappy and depressing.... the appliances are ancient... I can't wait to leave here!!!
