This is a mixed bag. First of all, any resident I've come in contact with have been friendly. There has been some theft though, including one of my neighbors. The management is also inconsistent. The maintenance guy has been very reliable. When we visited, we were not told about or were mislead about the utilities, the pet restrictions, and many costs that go with them. The landscaping at the front is great, the landscaping around the apartments is pretty sad. The pools are great. The apartments are tiny, and I'm on the top floor which are the biggest. It is right on I40 which is nice, but the closest nice grocery store is not close. It seems like we drive a long ways to get anywhere
