You know, there are a lot worse places to stay in Nashville. I've always felt very safe here (the lighting isn't great though), and there's not much noise but then I'm not right next to the interstate. I think that maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, but they've always promptly fixed anything major. I will be renewing my lease at Stewarts Ferry.
