the price is ok for my place but the inside of the apartment is drab. could i get maybe some offwhite walls, towel racks in the bathroom, wood that isnt rotting off my deck? you are best to just avoid the leasing office unless you really need something. the gym has been closed for about a month now and they enter your apartment without informing you. the parking is atrocious and there is a mexican gang of kids who spray paint the dumpsters and signs. the pet fee and water bill are ridiculous and if you have your own washer and dryer bring it! make them take out the ones they provide. they suck energy and require alot of water. be prepared. you only get a half-water heater. if 2 of you need to shower at the same time go ahead and shower together.
