Don't live here. My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. Since living here, they have only sprayed for bugs once (right after we moved in). The apartments are riddled with silverfish and I once woke up to find a big wood roach (HUGE!) in my hair. Also, since living here, the water has been cut off numerous times without warning. When you call to ask them what happened they act like they don't even care. "Oh, the water had to be shut off for maintenance, it will be off for an hour." They do not give an explaination as to why they did not warn you. The rent rules are crazy here too. We live in a 1 bed/1 bath. We started out paying $399/month. After two years they tried to go up on our rent, after sending us a notice that our rent would stay the same. Like most places, your rent has to be paid by the 5th of the month. Well, if you pay late, your rent goes up to "market rate" (1 bed/1 bath =$631/month). It is crazy here, they have sent out notices letting us know that cars have been vandalized and that they are not responsible for damages. I would avoid this place like the plague. I do hear that Creekstone, just down the road, is nice though.
