I love this community! the price is a great deal. The grounds are wonderful! I love living so close to downtown but being in this environment with trees and flowers and ponds everywhere. I have my morning coffee on my balcany every morning. The staff in the office has always came to my every need. As far as sending faxes for me and just letting me come in and get a bag of pop-corn. The few times I have had service problems, the team always fixes my problems very fast. Every thing is always explained to me and I feel like everyone is looking out for my best interest and not theirs. There is a pool everywhere I turn. even one that is indoor. I am very upset about the bad comments potsted on this site. It seems to me that these people will not be happy anywhere. I mean complaining about your rent going up after two years!!!, or you were late on your rent and so you had to pay more. and to complain about construction is CRAZY! I mean it is only going to make it a better place when finished. This things should be expected and not complained about. With the talk about the bugs, when you live here it is a wooded environment! there a re little things that live in the woods, on the off chance I do get something in my apartment, they have a weekly service for that. all you have to do is call and request for your apartment to be put on the list. The staff is always in a good mood and willing to help. they play games for money off of rent. like monthly bingo and have get togethers for the residents. I have enjoyed every minute here!
