Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
when you need maintenance done on apartment, expect to have to make at least 3 formal maintenance requests, and wait for at least a month
washer & dryer included' ya, but don't be surprised when your clothes come out of the dryer damaged
the management staff is very unprofessional
in order to resolve their lack of parking problem, they threatened to tow resident vehicles
they make up new policies all the time
our carpet is probably as old as we are
