I've lived in a lot of apartments and this has to be THE WORST of them all. The walls are very thin. There is mold growing in my apartment from a leaking hotwater heater. Bugs galore.

In the 3 years I have lived here, I've lived next to party animals, a drug dealer, and some punk who plays video games with speakers turned up full blast between 1am and 5am.

The security officer(s) were called a total of 6 times but only responded to 4 of the calls. Even Metro police was called to handle matters. The punk would turn out the lights and not answer the door, so the officer wouldn't do anything....not even write a police report.

Several phone calls were made to the office in which all of the personnel were no help and completely sarcastic and rude. Burletta, was absolutely no help either! Even one of the security officers said that he had drug dealers living below him and it took him 6 MONTHS to get them evicted!!!

State employees, don't be lured in by the discount in rent. It's not worth it! Stay away....that's unless you like thugs, noise, and parties. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
