I have lived here almost a year, but am moving ASAP! The parking is terrible and there are stray cats every where. They climb all over your car. The office says they don't know what to do about it. Stray cats where not a problem in the other two places I lived.

The children here run wild with no adult supervision and like to bully other kids. That is one of reasons I'm moving. My child is constantly bullied by these children and I don't think this is a safe place. I have talked with the parents, office staff, security guard, and school about this and nothing has been done.

It is so dark outside, it's no wonder several cars have been broken into and one even had it's tires and wheels stolen. Harldy any of the outside lights work and very rarely do you see security.

The walls are so thin and old, cracks every where. The appliances are basically junk. Bugs are every where! The balconies are way too small.

It is not safe to walk around here either. Cars fly up and down the road and parking lot all the time. The speed limit is 12 mph. I don't know how many times I've almost been hit.

Every time you take your trash out you have at least 10 cats jumping out of the dumpster at you. They track trash all over the place. The landscaping is pretty and so are the ponds. You have big vulchers that hang out all over the place, on the roof, in the trees, they are nasty. I've seen ducks swimming in the pools too.

They office staff is very hard to talk to. It's like they have all the time in the world for you until you sign your lease and then they could care less.

The grounds are nice, but don't let the looks fool you!!!

This person is spot-on when it comes to his/her description of this place. Just to add on....if you live in the "high rent" district of these apartments, expect the kids in the close by neighborhood to be playing in the street and to occasionally come onto the property to cause trouble.
