I am not going to go through all the bad stuff that has happened to us since we've been here. I will say that despite the 20 maintenance issues we've had in a short time, we enjoy the scenery. Maintenance is quick to fix the issues, there are just a LOT of issues here considering the place is over 20 years old. If you are allergic to cats, don't move here...they strays are everywhere and they will come right up to you...in fact one even chewed the antenna off of our car! Oh and MAKE SURE you ask the office to change your air filter each month...otherwise they won't change it for years.

Another very accurate review of this place. It's like a country club for inmates on a weekend furlo.

well you lived here you must be an inmate? I've lived here 4 years and never in my life have i seen a cat chew an antena. And as far as your filter needing changing hope you never own a house cause ppl with common sense knows it needs to be changed.

Diane is probably a staff member.. anyone who has lived here knows that Apt Maintenance is SUPPOSED to keep your air filters changed. Other apts. do it . I lived in a cheaper apt than this and like clock work they changed it every 30 days automatically. Here you are right, if you dont call, they will never change it. And we've called office a year ago about strays. They wont do anything about it. Also the door was hanging off and eventually thrown out and the dumpster was wide open and stinky.. with cats going in and out. Staff wouldnt get it fixed for over 90 days.. go figure.
