I looked all over nashville before I moved. I really wanted to find a good size for a good price. Stewarts Ferry is that exactly. I have lived for for half of my lease now and have not had anything to complain about. Stewart's Ferry is not a breand new property. My last apartment was and I have had less propblems here than there. There may be a need to call the office to have something fixed but it is always taken care of that day or the next. I read the other reviews on here and can understand some of the problems but will definatly tell you right now that it is a little bit dramatic. I mean the grounds are very nice, flowers, trees, bushes, and ponds it is great. and with this environment there are bugs. If I ever see anything I call the office and it is taken care of within the week. (exterminators come once a week) I have lived other places where it is once a month. There are four outdoor pools and a indoor. There is no where else in town that has that much to offer. Stewart's Ferry is a great place to live and I will be renewing my lease when it is time. THe office staff is great. I go in on my days off just to talk and have a cookie.
