Another year From: Renewed.2 Date posted: 6/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I have just renewed on my 2nd lease. For now I am happy with management and the property. I have had a few maintenance request but they have been repaired. I had a rent increase this year that was a little steep but after looking around did not find anywhere that I thought I could be satisfied. I like the grounds, weight room and having a pool by my apartment. Everyone here has been good to me.
