I have lived here for a year and I think it is awesome. I have lived in other apartment complexes that just don't compare. Plenty of parking spaces for apartments and guests...friendly people in the office, always willing to help...and a great maintenance staff. I've never had any problems living here. I've always felt very safe and it's quiet for the most part.
I'm moving out of state soon, and I really wish I could pack it up and take this place with me.

This reviewer is obviously affiliated with Stewarts Ferry Apartments. All you have to do is drive through the parking lots to see that there is a tremendous parking problem. The maintenance staff are very nice though. The office staff, very rude and will not handle your complaints.

I wonder who this person is, I've always had a problem parking, especially if I got home late. The biggest complaint I have with Stewarts Ferry is the BUGS and SPIDERS. Our place was sprayed 3 times and there are traps everywhere, but they still continue to be a problem. Lots of parents who don't watch their kids living in the apts and surrounding houses as well. Its a shame because the grounds are very nice and inviting. I highly recommend Kevin, but the other office staff are just as bad as you might read in the other reviews. We've also had 3 cars broken into in our section of the complex, with one of them having the front window busted out. Hope you have a car alarm and don't keep anything valuble in it.

Ive never had a problem with parking here, Ive never seen kids running around without supervision, Ive seen some spiders -outside- my apartment, but never inside. These apartments are practicaly in the woods, so bugs can be expected.
