I have lived here for almost 3 months and have not had a problem at all. I was skeptical about moving here when I read some of these reviews, but it was in the area I wanted, and the price was good so I went for it. I have not had any regrets! They put in new carpet before I moved it, the unit could have used new appliances, but they all work just fine. My neighbors are nice and it is very quite and woodsy here :)
I had a few maintenance issues, but all were resolved by the next day and none of them were major. I had a wasp nest outside my front door, but I called the leasing office and it was gone the next day.
The people at the office are very nice and have always been very helpful to me. I received a delivery of flowers once, and they saw me pull up and brought it out to my car for me.
I would not hesitate in recommending this place to any of my family or friends, so don t believe everything you read!

You shouldn't give such a glowing review after living in a new place for only two months. You will have neighbors moving in and out, and with any luck, you will have good neighbors taking their place. But by judging quite a few reviews, you can tell good neighbors are more the exception than the norm. Remember, having good neighbors is easy because it requires no office interaction what so ever. Having bad neighbors is the true test of management's ability to nip things in the bud and not let situations escalate because the front office or Burletta (property manager) wouldn't do anything.

Callie, I'm happy you are enjoying SF so much. I just want to point out the other reviews may very well be true. The fact that you have a positive experience at SF does not mean that NO ONE else has had a bad experience there. So, its not a matter of people not believing what they read, its about making an informed decision based on both the positive and the negative reviews.

I have interacted with the staff quite a bit since moving here, everything was taken care of within a day of me notifying them of the problem, as I stated in my review. I live in a large court. There are about 20 apartment buildings here, each holding about 10 apartments. This place is silent as a tomb at night, except for the crickets! I don???t think every negative post on here has been a lie, my point was to encourage people to take a look at the place anyway, just because you???ve had a bad experience does not mean everyone else has, or that everyone else will.

usually all the neg. responses are most likely from ppl that were evicted or leases not renewed. the person that had their antenna chewed by a cat thats just so laughable. I have a cat that eats everything but never an antenna. And this place wouldn't be so over whelmed with cats if ppl would be responsable for their pets and not just move out and leave the poor critters to fend for themselves. Thats just mean and cruel.
