I have lived here for a little over a year. I can say that the staff has been pleasant to me whenever I need assistant. The maintanance is pretty good too. However, I do have complaints about the parking. The residents have no where to park because of overnight visitors. And some people leave the cars here for days. The appliances are old and are in desperate need of repair. The water bill is aleays high. I am a single person and it is always around $50.00 a month. I am never at home and don't use a lot of water. WhenI owned a home, I did not pay that much each month. The pet fee is rediculous. $300.00 and an extra ($20) a month. Somebody tell me what is that for' True, the rent goes up each time you renew the lease. So if you get a good deal when you move in. Be sure, you are ready to move out when it is up, or else you will make up the difference. I would not recommend this place even though it's not the worse place I have been in.

Fairly accurate review. He's right about some areas needing more parking or tighter control over overnight guests. But, Water/Trash/Sewage fee is never $50 a month. Regarding pets, I hate them, so I am more than happy the pet fee is high. I wish it were higher. You people who leave your pets behind when you move out should know they all starve slowly in the Winter. You don't do your pets (or your neighbors) any favors by leaving them behind.

My friend is currently looking for a place. She considered SF, I told her to check the reviews and make a decision afterwards. While on the website, I saw a response to my posting. Usually, I would not respond to such comments. Some things are not worthy. (clue) But, I have a right to my opinion and have no axe to grind. I have freedom of speech via email. First, do you see my water bill each month or live with me? (Case Closed) You posted twice on the sight, once to my posting and then on your own. You agreed once on the water bill and then changed your mind the next time. Get it straight. It is one or the other. I am not going to comment on the pets. I take care of mine. So that is not my battle. Maybe if you get a pet or a life, you won't have time to surf the Stewarts Ferry Apt Ratings.

When we lived there the water/trash/sewage was more than $50 per month. It was more expensive than it is at our house.
