Ive lived @ S.F. a while now. I chose these apartments because they are very close to the airport where I work. Im very disappointed in the water billing as I live alone and not home too much. The bulk of my clothes are taken to the dry cleaners, therefore I dont use that much water. The billing is and will continue to be a mystery. As far as the parking goes, it is horrible. I dont mind the walk usually, but when you're carrying groceries to your third floor apartment from your car half a mile away in the pouring rain, you tend to become slighlty agitated. I was assured upon moving in that they were going to a parking permit system. Ive yet to see this, but still hopeful. It appears that there are many overnight guests that never seem to leave... Parking permits would be a novel idea! And what about the dumpsters'! They're disgusting! I see that they come through twice a week to pick up, but it looks like three trips are in order or perhaps add a dumpster or two. Im afraid Im going to catch something when I take my trash out. And Oh my! The cats! Its becoming creepy. They're taking over like the Kennedys! There's something mildly disturbing about these cats when you look them in the eye! What about Animal Control'! I read earlier that the closer you live to the clubhouse the better the grounds are kept. This is oh so true. The back part of the property is seemingly treated as the red-headed step child. Its unkept and looks dirty. On the positive side- The staff is friendly, not very helpful, but friendly. Ive never dealt with bugs or rodents! My neighbors are all pleasant and courteous which is a big deal if youve ever experienced bad neighbors! My appliances are less than desirable, but they function. I think I see the makings for a horror movie here! Ha!
