I lived at Stewart's Ferry for a year and it was the longest year of my life! You think you are getting a good deal but your not.My water bill was ridiciously high. I paid at least $50 a month just for water.When I talked to management about it they had alot of bogus excuses to why the water was so high.They also had alot of car break-ins while I was there. They also make it very hard if you try to break your lease. They hit you with all kind of fees in order to keep you there as long as possible. They made it almost financially impossible for me to leave before my lease was up.
