I have lived here at Stewarts Ferry for 3 years. Each year with my needs changing, I have been able to change apartments each year when I renew. The office workers have been wonderful in helping me each time. The property itself is amazing, and my apartment although a little older, it great size for great price. They have recently added flowers throughout the property and upgrade the entry system into the workout area and indoor pool. I have had many wonderful times here and plan to have more.

This is not an honest review. It was written by management. Even the positive reviews don't give this place perfect marks in all categories. The walls are very thin. The parking can be a nightmare if you don't live in the townhouses. The staff are nice until you have a problem with your neighbors. The maintenance staff are nice and prompt. THAT'S AN HONEST REVIEW!

You know, such a funny thing that some people believe that since they aren't happy, that no one would be happy! Your opinions are YOURS. I mean, seriously, have you ever lived in an apartment before? From a few of the items that you've listed above, it doesn't appear that you have much apartment living experience. Did you know that regardless how thick or thin your walls are that you can still hear the person in the apartment or room above or beside you? Did you know that if the parking lots are full, it's a sign that perhaps the apartments are all full and people are at home? Do you expect the staff to act as parents or authority figures to anyone who happens to disturb you? What if YOU disturb one of your neighbors? I'm glad you at least have something good to say about maintenance! I do have a question though... How do they know that you have an issue that needs to be taken care in your apartment? Don't you have to report it to someone so that they can notify these nice, prompt staff members? Hmmm.... You see, I am NOT a member of management and I happen to be a happy resident here. I have lived in other apartments and while I don't think this place is perfect, I feel that it is WAY better than others that I have lived in. Perhaps you should just let people have their own opinions and be able to express them without being so speculatory or assumptive.
