I don'tknow what everyone is talking about with all this crime business. My three years at Stewart's Ferry have been nothing but pleasant. The only negative about this place is the parking. If you get home around 8 or 9, you're more than likely going to park about a quarter of a mile away from your apartment. This seems to be a problem specific to the smaller apartments, as I have moved into one of the town homes this is no longer a problem. I'm greatly offended by the immplication one of these reviews made that the residents of this complex are trashy and it's easy to get in here. They ran a credit check on me, verified my employer, and then verified my wage. Are there one or two people here that I'd like to use as a speed bump, sure. What complex doesn't have a few loons? This is one of the best complexes in Nashville. I'd go as far to say it's comparable to the premier communities of Green Hills. The only difference would be that Stewart's Ferry is much cheaper. And before anyone implies that I am someone who works in the office let me ask this. Why would someone in a complex as succesful and busy as this one take the time to write a false review when new people are moving in nearly every day? Stewart's Ferry is a great community and I'm proud to call it home.

I used to live there and knew one of the security officers personally. He said he had a drug dealer living across from him and the front office wouldn't do anything about it. He said he was basically powerless to do much of anything except write a report and turn it into the office. I lived in the town house section and had a drug deal living next to me. Shady traffic in and out of his apt all hours of the day and night. It's a great place to live until you have a problem. Then it's impossible to get it taken care of. Management doesn't care as long as you pay your rent on time. The maintenance staff are the only people there who know how to do their job and without an attitude. They were always punctual and very nice.
