Been here 3 years. Where to begin' Maintenance is a joke. When a tenant reports a presence of mold, maintenance staff has been instructed to inform the resident's that is just mildew, and not a big deal. They only cover up these issues with paint or caulk, they don't kill the source. This is to save them money on repairs expenses. Light fixutres in apartments: there are only 4, one in each bathroom, the dining area and the kitchen. Can only take 25 watt bulbs, and are extremely outdated. Bathrooms and kitchens all 1970's or earlier...appliances are never replaced only patched pretty much with glue or duct tape. The pool is always dirty, hair, bugs, pine needles, etc. Lounge chairs are unusable... When a unit is prepped for a new tenant, it is not cleaned before it is repainted..they paint right over dirt and pubic hairs. Floors are not replaced,...the just keep piling new floors over old floors, insuring the water is trapped in the floor and mold and mildew continue to grow, eventually it grows throught the walls and floors, for which they do nothing to resolve. If someting is needed you can bet it will take 6 weeks to 6 months to get them to fix anything. Light fixtures on the outside either don't work and/or are full of water. Breeze-ways are NEVER CLEANED. There are no gutters on the buildings. Air filters are supplied however they use the cheapest avaible that acutally do not filter the air AT ALL. There is no longer security here. There is a lot of vandalism, theft, robbery, and assault. Cars can be stripped in broad daylight. If you are soeone who likes to take a walk, there is plenty to see, such as; dirty diapers, used condoms, used syringes, alochol and beer containers, trash of all sorts, drug deals, etc. If by some chance you are lucky enough to have something actually replaced, it is done by someone who knows NOTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Laundry room, well, you'd be better off to wash your clothes outside in the rain and blow them dry with your hair dryer. Oh, it is a trashy place, yet you cannot hangs clothes on a rack on the balcony. The property was recently sold, maintenance staff was recently replaced, still no improvements. Only more screwing of the tenants. There are speeds bumps through out the comlex, which are useless...average rate of speed throught complex, about 40 mph on the low side....80 only the high side. Some things to think about, required to live here semi safely: a guard dog,a gun, germ-toxic proof face mask,a lot of disinfectant, a lot of bleach, and hip-waders for all 6 feet of sh@%! the management dishes out. Lawn care is a joke...pest control even worse, trash pickup is ONCE a week. Furnace and AC units are NEVER cleaned and do not get yearly schedule maitenance..so it will cost you in heating and air condition bills, they are also at least 30-40 years old. Decor....gross brown or beige period. Kitchen cabinet and counters space..bring a lot of extra table and portable cabinets. Will need a lot of your own lamps for lack of lighting and windows. If you want a screen door on your patio, you have to request one at least a year in advance. Outsiide siding and paint...30 years of layering paint and decomposing siding. Hope you enjoy living here, we haven't.

I would highly agree. I live in the N building. I hear people shouting and slamming doors all the time. And i'm told that they can't do anything about it...about the doors slamming etc. I have had ppl vacuuming their floors at 2 & 5 am in the morning...needless to say, I am going to be moving out whenever i can!
