The Sycamores has been an affordable but pricey home. I've leased a one-bedroom here since November 2012, and it just hasn't been a good fit - I barely use half the space. Parking is ample, but the parking lot is recently resealed - motorcyclists beware. I was in a building where the people on the bottom floor let their shrieking children out to play every day during the summer, and most days here during the winter. Other than that, only two instances of sounds from other tenants.
