| 05/25/2013 | This is a pleasant place to live. I have been here two years and just signed a lease for the third. The grounds are beautifully maintained, simply but pleasantly landscaped. It really is a nice place to wake up in the morning and return to in the evening, especially in the spring! The staff is always helpful. I get maintenance requests serviced same day, often within the hour. I have had zero pest problems and the units are treated regularly.
