I rented a two bedroom apartment for 1 year. During this time I had to deal with endless roaches and mice(the trash dumpster sat right next to our side of the building and was always full). LOTS of men hang out all day and night, and they stare at you and will whistle and say leud things if you have young girls. I witnessed one of these men(an illegal) urinating next to the dumpster. The parking is horrible and the people in the office try being nice but actually figure that you get what you deserve if you're dumb enough to rent there. And yes it's true, they are behind a bulletproof booth. The only nice one was the maintenance man, Randy. A couple of the others were obssesive flirts. There are known prostitutes in this area and high drug traffic. The first night we lived there some illegals got drunk and crashed into a bunch of other cars in the parking lot. The so-called "low rent" is high for what you have to deal with. They shouldn't charge more than 100 bucks a month for this place, if that much. There's no real playground just a swing, merrygoround and a broken down basketball goal. The laundry is filthy, the mice in the apartmets are taking over--they even ate through some of sunflower seed bags and the on-site convenience store. The girl in the office acted angry when I gave 30 day notice of moving out. It's not my fault they can't keep residents. Maybe they should clean it up and rent to better people. Then again, in that high-crime, no-amenities area, maybe they should just tear it down and turn it into a parking lot or something. Definitely avoid this place like the plague.
