I have lived here for 5 months and I hate it. My kids are tormented every day at the bus stop simply because they are white. My kids are pushed around shoved and called racist names. One came home with scrapes all up and down his side because some other kid had pushed him down on the pavement. They were given a dollar to go get ice cream from the ice cream truck and some bigger kid(my child is 6) pushed him down and stole his money. This happens frequently. My younger kids are 6 and 7 and terrified to go outside. My older children 17 and 16 are also afraid to go outside because the oldest's life was threatened. Then 2 weeks later my car gets egged and then this week my car has a mysterious dent in it' It has been reported, but nothing has been done.

Maintenance is no better. I reported that upon move in my screens were torn apart in the master bedroom and they still have not been replaced. My toilet runs all the time and they have been out 2 times to fix it, it still isn't right. My dishwasher doesn't clean unless you wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. And the bugs are AWFUL!! I have sprayed, used roach motels, I have scrubbed, and I can't get rid of them. I have never in my life had such an infestation of bugs EVER. I have never seen such big bugs or so many.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless you are a gang member or hang out with gang members because that is pretty much what lives there. There are a few exceptions, but if you are white, I would not recommend this place because you will be tortured and tormented.

Dangerous property, doesn't matter that a new property manager is present. Still relevant that the children are unsupervised. Personnel plays favorites to certain residents. Race is definitely an issue!!! Beware of police activity and other residents falsely accusing of you of crimes!!! On first glance, property "looks" better than most properties that accept "housing assistance" as part of your rent payment, but the trade off for what you get is not worth a penny.

My child gets picked on to (an shes blk) but not as bad... my daughter showed me where they live an I TALKED to their mom in which she handled her business..but some parents DON'T.. even when they know their kids are in the wrong (thats the big problem).There is better places you can live just find a safe place for you an your family...but for the moment make the best of it..complaint to th office as many times it takes til you see a change..tell where those bad a-- kids stay..If its to many complaints about them they should be a warning then a eviction notice or something...GOOD LUCK
