I lived at the Cumberland for about a year and really enjoyed it. Clean, large, well-designed apartment. Great view. Plenty of closet/storage space. Friendly staff. Nice lobby. Even an original art gallery space. The excellent service department always responded quickly whenever I had a problem. I made some friends while I was there, too.
