Noisy,but..

This is a great place to live, as long as you dont mind everyone in the hallway to hear whats going on in your apartment because the walls are thin, and if you are on the balcony you can be heard..Oh and if you have friends outside of downtown, make sure they bring parking money, because heaven forbid a guest be allowed to park for an hour.
