Great Convienance with lots little issues

Parking is ok! Entry to the Garage is a pain, getting in and out of the elevators from the building if your hands are full.
Very little noise but sometimes you can hear a few things ...not a big deal.
The Grounds are very well kept, except they should polish the marble instead of Windexing it :)
Safety: Better than expected but there have been cars stolen from the secured garage.
Construction: Well build, I keep it freezing in my place and the bill is at most $60/month. The kitchen and bathroom could have better cabinets they really SUCK! All of the electric sockets are upside down, you cannot plug heavy converters in them, and they fall out. (Top Heavy)
Oh, it sucks if you want cable modem, you have to go through Bellsouth for DSL. You cannot get Comcast in the Cumberland.
Staff: Miguel, works as Concierge...he is great! The rest of the staff in the office is new and well, has kind of went down in recent months.
