In the past few years, I've stayed in a lot of apartment buildings. The Cumberland has been, by far my best experience in aparment living. Being on the 18th floor I have great views and plenty of light. The staff is incredible, I've never waited more than a few hours to have anything fixed (literally same day service). They host happy hours, and other downtown functions as well. The grounds are extremely well kept and the concierge service makes you feel very special. I have many friends in the Cumberland, most of whom have lived there for more than 3 years. It's incredibly convenient and a fun place to live.
