The Cumberland leasing staff will greet you with big [fake] smiles, and lull you into a false sense of comfort and self-importance. When the rubber hits the road, however, they will backtrack, change their story, and hit you with surprise after [mo' money] surprise. Their concept of customer service is backwards - it is all about them, not you. Why would you even think to ask for service - the worst customer service I have seen anywhere, in any field (except Miguel, who is an awesome concierge). Don't get fooled again.
