I recently moved downtown and am leasing in The Cumberland. While, I don't have a lot of leasing experience (I graduated college only 8 months ago), I can't imagine to many better options than The Cumberland. I am appalled at what some folks have written on here. All of the staff is very nice and helpful. The building is immaculate, well decorated, and quiet. There are numerious high profile individuals that reside their (a certain Tennessee Titan football star), so you know the standards are held high. If i've ever had a maintenance issue, they are there within 24 hours to fix it. Parking isn't even an issue. I don't know what these other people are having issues with. There is more than enough parking. And, if you have a buddy coming downtown to have a few beers, they can park in the garage, as long as it's not a reserved spot and you the car doesn't stay there for more than like a day.
Other Pros about the building:
-Amazing location
-Clean
-Classy
-Never have to wait for washers/dryers
-Easy to receive packages
-A nice little courtyard/balcony
area with a grille.
