I can't relate to the negative....THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! From: mekarley Date posted: 9/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I am a little disturbed by the negative comments posted on this website; please let me explain. I have been a resident at The Cumberland for the last eighteen months and I can't imagine a better experience renting an apartment. I have lived in Nashville for the last eight years and having been a resident at several properties around the city; from Vanderbilt/West End to Green Hills and Antioch this is the first time that I truley feel I am getting my monies worth. The services are flawless, the building/grounds are immaculate and the staff is not only professional, but truley invested in the individual personal experience of each tenant. Maintenance opportunities are met with efficiency and solved immediately. I have never had a opportunity however, I have met many of the residents who have vocally praised the staff on all levels. I will say, when you have Titans players, Sounds players, Music and Movie stars, Government officials and Corporate high level management associates from Nissan to LP forming a waiting list to live here, they are OBVIOUSLY doing something right. Take a look for yourself and experience the Cumberland on your own before making a desicision about your new downtown home, I am confident you will be as impressed as I am.
