I'v lived here for 2 years and have not experienced any problems. The property is very well kept & quiet and the Manager & Maintenance Man are ALWAYS polite & professional. (I do wish I had washer & dryer connections in my 1br BUT there is a laundry room here that is convenient.)Great location!! I would definitely recommend The Fountains.
