Poor quality From: handykev30 Date posted: 9/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   They claim to have the beautification award for several years running, but that is just for the outside. The apartments are old and poorly kept. When we moved in the carpet was old and the vinyl was poorly installed. One of our bedrooms had an ant infestation for almost a month. The exterior wood trim is rotting away. But don't be fooled, they have several people to keep the flowers blooming and grass cut. Finally they kept half of our deposit for nit-picky things which I have never been penalized for. I have lived in many apartments and always gotten our deposit back, but in the poor quality place, they took as much as they could.
