Maybe I should wait and write this after they fix my air conditioner, but it took them 3 months to fix my leaky roof so I doubt the A/C will be repaired much quicker. My 448 sq ft is not really worth the rent. I thought it would be enough for just me, but it is quite small. The girl who has been answering the phone at the office is quite rude. I can't wait until my lease runs out.
EDIT: They fixed the A/C within 24 hours of my 4th complaint (over a period of 6 days) and I got an apologetic call from the new apartment manager. I still don't plan to stay there any longer than my lease requires, but I guess there may be worse places out there.
If the friendliness of the staff is the least bit important to you-- don't consider this place. There are much better choices in the area.

I have had the same problem with the staff! Megan is rude! I think she thinks she runs the place or something. That is why her title is Assistant manager not manager! Anyway......the maintenance staff has been great for any probem I have come across! they are very small apartments but they pay water and you get your washer/dryer. That is a perk!
