Great apartment for the price

I looked at alot of apartments before picking the Knolls and I'm glad I did. Every place I looked at before choosing my new place could not compare in price and quality. Others in the area are over run with crime and illegals. I even looked at one place that had roaches in the model apartment, ewww! The Knolls was a breath of fresh air. They keep the landscape looking good. Anytime I call with the smallest maintenance issue, they usually have it fixed before I get home from work. Megan is always helpful when I call and the other girl is always so pleasant when she answers the phone. They make it feel like home here. The pools are always kept clean and I love the fitness center. The fitness room really saves me money from not having to join a gym. All in all, I definitly recommend The Knolls to call your next home.

The office staff is very nice but I miss Barbara and Andrea. They were great!!

Remember always seeing Andrea walking her little dog when she used to
live in one of the apts. there years ago - she was always very friendly.
I lived at The Knolls for 13 years - have alot of good memories there -
never any major problems. Maint. was always responsive with Jerry and his crew.
My starting rent for my small 1 bedroom back in 1993 was $360.
Kay Smith-Orman and then Delores Sharpe were managers there before
Barbara came on some years later. Holly did leasing and then Andrea came on later to take her place.
