The Knolls

Not so great despite all of the hype From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   My close friend and I moved into The Knolls in the fall of 2007 and were there up until this spring. For the price, the apartments were relativly nice, although ours needed a bit of updating. We loved the maintenance, they were always quick to respond to any issues and fixed it in a timely, efficient manner. The ladies in the office left a less-than-wonderful impression on me. They were a bit snobby at times, and I felt they were out of line on many issues. We did feel that the new "gate" was useless, as I watched many cars tail another in who were not supposed to be on the property. The grounds were beautiful, although, as I already said, the appliances, carpet, and general interiors of the apartments needed drastic updating. Also, we had severe issues with our shower upon moving in. Parking lot lighting was relatively good, and the community itself was clean (minus the three days there was a huge pile of "manure" type fertilizer covering the entire back half of our parking lot). It was a learning experience, and one I dont plan on going back to.
