I stayed in these apartments for just six months and with all of the luxuries of the swimming pools, and tennis courts in the end for the price it was not worth the stay. Not to mention the ducks that won't move when youre in a rush to get to work in the morning. Or how the swimming pools don't have a lifeguard on duty but close sharply at 9 or 10pm. Or when it's time to take the smelly trash out you have to place it in your trunk to dipose of it in the one dumpster at this huge apartment complex. (this is if your not one of the lucky ones whose car has a spoiler or you live in the front of the complex). Though for the price I felt that the appliances were outdated but one benefit of this apartment was that the maintainance men were prompt and always tried to resolve any issue with the apartment ASAP. Overall if I could have stayed in the front of the apartment complex, and the rent was at least $75 cheaper the Lakes of Bellvue would not have been such a bad place to call home.

it is not worth all of the money. when i moved in i started seeing things wrong with the appartment, for instance the floor wasnt even. if i sat some things on the counter it would fall off and my dressor would fall because of it. there are too many bugs getting in and it is not because i am a messy person because i am neat and clean. one of my toilets just keeps getting stopped up and every time they fix it it just gets stopped again. there isnt a garbage in walking distance. There is duck booboo everywhere outside. my door nob keeps getting loose after they fix it.i dont think it is worth what they are asking for. the only good thing about them is their staff. they are very polite
