not worth the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   When I first toured the complex, I was so excited to move here. Upon move in, there were paint cans still in the apartment and the place had not even been cleaned. Throughout my stay, I have had leaky ceilings that took more than a week to get fixed, appliances that don't work properly, and the worst part was termite infestation. They were so bad they ate a hole in the wall that has still not been fixed. The rent has gone up $30 a month for the past two years. Believe me they don't want to keep you as a resident. The grounds are pretty but that is about the only positive aspect of living here.
