The Lakes of Bellevue

I'm not sure From: amchef12@aol.com Date posted: 7/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My lease at the Lakes (or the Ponds of Bellevue, as I like to call it) will be ending soon, and I will not be renewing. My experience here has not been exactly horrible, but I definitely don't intend to pay the extra 30 bucks a month that they want me to. Maintenance staff are VERY friendly, and for the most part respond quickly. That is, if the request is passed on. I'm not incredibly fond of the office staff, and I suspect they did not pass on my repeated requests to replace outdoor lighting, which is spotty at best throughout the complex. My car was broken into once while here. Office staff can be a bit snooty, and I believe most of my complaints with them lie in "big business" ethics (or lack thereof.) I have enjoyed the peace and solitude the Lakes have afforded me. Couldn't ask for better surroundings. In short, you can move to the Lakes if you want to, but be prepared to be a pushy tenant if you want the best experience possible.
