Mis-Management ... SUCKS!! DONT MOVE HERE ... GHETTO!!!

I lived in a SMALL OVERPRICED one bedroom 500 sq ft apt for the HIGHLY INFLATED RENT of $625. When I moved in, I noticed ALOT of vacancies which I found rather perplexing. They said they were under NEW management and was 6 month behind on maintanence requests (that came from a maintanence workers mouth). I came 2 weeks prior to moving in to complete a maintanence work order and that was never done so I had to do it again when I moved in because the leasing office said "it was lost sorry :)" . I had several maintenance issues: old dishwasher was broken on move in, garbage disposal broke twice, shower and bathroom sinks fill up with water and didn't drain well. The water heater broke on me at 3:30 in the morning and contacted emergency maintenance for assistance with NO response. My apartment flooded and had to miss a day of work to their neglect and clean it up myself. The overly perky and fake leasing staff in a cheerleader guided voice said "Oh! We are so sorry, with a fake ass smile". My refrigerator broke down and had to be replaced and lost over a $100 in newly purchased food. My truck was broken into only after the first month I was there (cost me $180 to replace glass). I found out from other tenants that vehicle breakins and ------ maintenance communication followup had been going on for a long time and tenants continously contacted management. No security or proper lighting around the complex which is VERY dark at night in the woods. Some lights posts and apartment lights don't even work and weren't being fixed after complaining to management especially after my truck was broken into. The 3 lakes of water look like giant toilets with sewage in them which smell in the summer time. The bugs especially water bugs (look like roaches) and spiders frequent the inside of your apartment and you have to call the leasing office to spray it because it isn't routine on a monthly basis. The management staff was defensive and combative for not taking appropriate responsibility to resolve chronic issues especially Amanda (ex assistant manager now manager) the arrogant yellow teeth chain smoker with the trailer park smile and nickle personality. The communication SUCKED and you had to call OVER AND OVER to get anything done in a timely manner sometime things were half assed and communication is often severed through NORMAL processes. AVOID this place ... located by the newer Forest Hills low income ghetto and The Lakes make a great step ghetto side by side. Heard Section 8 is looming for the Lakes from other tenants. Management won't tell you the truth because they need the commissions from their new residents and bonuses for being trailer trash bimbo slumlords. I HOPE THE PLACE ROTS WITH TERMITES!!! ***I paid my rent on time every month they didn't mind depositing my check into their bank account but sure in the hell couldn't manage a bag of horse ----. Management thinks it is BELLE MEADE but really its more like ANTIOCH OR GOODLETTSVILLE WHITE TRASH!!! These apartments are VERY overpriced and the remodeling to improved the age of the apartments will reflect the reason for the INFLATED rent. You can do better if you shop around. It is just an apartment and you WON'T own it so what if you can hide in the woods with the toilet lakes and all the bugs and NO night security patroling the large apartment complex to moniter the thugs who roam and bring into peoples cars and trucks frequently. Pay high rent but get a cheap car so it isn't a break in target. BEWARE!!!
***Micheal Hess is now the Regional Manager for Camco. He used to be the manager and is a useless and arrogant sissy boy girlfriend bum too.
