I've lived at the Lakes now for only about three months, but I really have been more than happy with it. It's a peaceful neighborhood thats well maintained. The Lakes may be one of the oldest complexes in Bellevue, but many renovations have taken place just in the last few weeks. The maintenance guys are all very friendly and have quickly responded to both of the calls I've made to them. I'm not fond of apartment dwelling, but I really do think the staff at the Lakes makes this place well worth it!
