I lived there for one year, from the summer of 2002 to 2003. The management is extremely rude. The maintenance was lacking. I was charged to replace carpet in the entire house after I moved out for stains on the carpet. I swear those stains were not there when I moved out. I paid the bill to keep my credit in good standing, but I believe I was railroaded on the charges.
The insulation is very poor.
One of the maintenance guys, (the one who usually came to my apartment to fix things) was drunk or stoned on one occassion when he came to my apartment to fix something. There was another time, when I could smell beer on him. The apartment next to mine was buglarized. I would not recomend anyone move here. I was told you could fish in the lake and eat the fish by management. I later found out that you could not eat the fish, because they are contaminated. I am glad that I asked someone that works for the city before I ate them. I would have been harmed. Please don't move here.
