Horrible Management!

Both managers in the office are rude and unprofessional! They don't seem to care about the residents; if it isn't convenient for them, they won't give you a time of day. The rest of the staff in the office have always been pleasant. Too bad management doesn't take notes from them. Other than management, it's an o.k. place to live.
