Nice Place To Live...For the most Part From: prowen98 Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been very impressed with the maintenance crew. I have had numerouse requests, and they have been taken care of by the next day. I had a problem with the dishwasher and air conditioner. They replaced both in a timely manner. The AC was replaced the next day. The dishwasher had to be ordered, but was put in immediately upon arrival (less than one week). My deadbolt gave me problems, replaced the next day. Very Satisfied with the maintenance crew. The ducks can become a nusance. Bird feces is a problems this time of year, because the ducklings are grown. Too many Ducks, hopefully some will fly away soon. If you live on a lower level floor, you can hear the people above you walking around. This is a nusance at late hours, when you are trying to sleep. The people above me seem to be up all night long walking around. But to each their own. The landscape is beautiful, the lakes, nestled in a valley. Great place to walk, before it gets dark. Lighting in Parking could be much improved.
